Election Schedule - Modified

Islamabad Cooperative Societies (ICT) Department Islamabad Announces Election Schedule.
As per Schedule Announced, Election will be held on Sunday, 27-Oct-2024 at Football Ground, F-8 Markaz Islamabad & Income Tax Building, Kamal Atta Turk Road, Karachi.
Today, on 08-Oct-2024, Islamabad Cooperative Societies (ICT) Department Islamabad modify the Election Schedule.
Modified Schedule is as follows:-

• Selection for the following positions will be carried out.
  President, Vice President, Secretary, Finance Secretary & 5 Executive Members.
• Provisional Voter List will be displayed at Society Office during 12-Sep-2024 to 16-Sep-2024.
• Objection on Provisional Voter List will be submitted during 17-Sep-2024 to 19-Sep-2024. Hearing of Objections on 20-Sep-2024 and Final Voter List will be displayed on 24-Sep-2024.
• Gentlemen wishing to participate in the elections will get nomination forms from Circle Registrar Cooperative Societies, F-8 Markaz, Islamabad Office during 25-Sep-2024 to 27-Sep-2024 upto 04:00 PM.
• Election Program is as under:
1. Date of Submission of Nomination Papers is 30-Sep-2024 to 02-Oct-2024.
2. Audit of Nomination Papers will be executed in Election Commission Office/Circle Registrar Cooperative Societies, F-8 Markaz, Islamabad on 03-Oct-2024 to 10-Oct-2024. (as per Modified Schedule)
3. Hearing, Appeals & Final Decision against the Rejection of Nomination Papers will be held during 12-Oct-2024 to 16-Oct-2024. (as per Modified Schedule)
4. Election Candidates withdraw their Nomination during 16-Oct-2024 to 18-Oct-2024. (as per Modified Schedule)
5. The Final list of Candidates will be displayed on 21-Oct-2024. (as per Modified Schedule)
6. Election will be held on Saturday 27-Oct-2024.
