Chairman RDA Visit CBR Town, Phase-II, Kot Kohlian, Rawalpindi.
Chairman Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Mr. Tariq Mehmood Murtaza alongwith Officials of RDA visited CBR Town, Phase-II, Kot Kohlian, Rawalpindi, today and perceive the efforts of Management and Staff of CBR ECHS and also planted a Tree at CBR Town Phase-II.
At that moment Present Mr. Altaf Ahmad Bhat, Secretary Mr. Muhammad Saleem Khan, Mr. Muhammad Ijaz, Deputy Director RDA are present there.
Mr. Altaf Ahmad Butt, President of the Society, told the RDA Chairman that the CBR ECHS Society is actually part of the RDA scheme. Mr. Muqeem Shahbaz built it on the directives of the Punjab government. The CBR and the Rawalpindi Development Corporation have one. There is a contract between them in which 2% of the plots are given to RDA. At present, about 5300 kanals of land papers are submitted in the RDA for the provision of NOC. While the NOC of the LOP containing 1400 kanal area is issued in 2010 by RDA. We are planning this scheme for a future area of 10,000 kanals which LOP will be submitting for NOC soon to RDA in which CBR ECHS designed CBR Residencia and Overseas Block.
He urged the RDA to play its role in clearing parks and various passages through Section 4, on which Chairman RDA Mr. Tariq Mehmood Murtaza assured CBR management. President Mr. Altaf Ahmed Butt said, if the land is cleared through Section 4, we will provide the Rawalpindi Development Authority with a 200-foot road infrastructure at our expense which will simultaneously go through the Ring Road Thalian Interchange and Kashmir Highway.
President Mr. Altaf Ahmed Butt offered Chairman RDA Mr. Tariq Mehmood Murtaza that CBR Society could play its role in accomplish Prime Minister Imran Khan's dream of 500,000 houses. You present this proposal to PM and we will make all the documents and presentations in this regard.
Earlier, Chairman RDA Mr. Tariq Mehmood Murtaza said that the way CBR has flowering springs, just as the great design of the Turkish mosque al-Jabbar is being constructed and the way its 200 feet main boulevard Road is being constructed. It seems that CBR ECHS will outperform all the surrounding schemes. CBR Society is doing well under the leadership of its present Management.
Chairman RDA Mr. Tariq Mehmood Murtaza also said that according to the Prime Minister's vision, there are three works going on in CBR Society, one of which is to work on the construction of 5 million houses, the second on plantation and the third on the construction of a mini-dam. He believes in solving problems. I am accustomed to doing the fastest thing. You give me the documents, we will convey to PM Imran Khan the proposal of CBR Society President Altaf Ahmed Butt's to build 5 million houses. CBR society has evolved to the standard. Most societies say they do not do. Those societies that leave the Green Belt, cemeteries and roads open are successful. At that moment Project Director Col. Sherbaz Khan brief the Chairman RDA about the project. Mr. Akhlaq Masood Sandhu also brief the Chairperson RDA Mr. Tariq Murtaza about the variety of flowers, which was appreciated by Chairman RDA.
