CBR Employees Co-operative Housing Society (CBR ECHS) has launched Phase II of its affordable housing project. Phase II will offer residential and commercial plots in various sizes at reasonable prices. The project aims to raise the standard of affordable housing by providing modern amenities that cater to the diverse needs of residents. CBR ECHS delivered Phase I in under 36 months, making it one of the fastest developers in Pakistan’s affordable real estate segment.
